Due to the different needs between fitness professionals and non-professionals, all Kettlebell Academy classes are designed for and limited to non-fitness professionals. If you are a fitness professional interested in KB training, please contact for one-on-one or other group sessions.
Kettlebell Academy offers the best kettlebell fitness classes in New York City.
All classes are limited to 10 students to ensure proper individualized instruction.
Intermediate level of fitness recommended.

About Private Training Sessions
Your kettlebell program will be tailored to your goals. After a thorough warm-up, you will be safely guided through a beginner kettlebell workout with clarity and emphasis to detail. Longer, more complex movements and combinations will be introduced as your competency grows.
Each session ends with passive and/or active stretching. Keep in mind that kettlebell training is a skill; it is only with proper instruction that you will excel and reach your goals.
